Amanda Fields
Marketing Coordinator
“Marketing lives and dies by its level of integrity.”
Before Amanda Fields came to work as the marketing coordinator for Waterston, she was selected to be a corporate health intern at Edelman, the world’s largest global PR firm. It’s no surprise Amanda was selected; as a formal professional ballet dancer with the Sarasota Ballet, her earliest interest in healthcare came from her desire to see better communications regarding resources available to dancers. Frustrated by the lack of outreach, she decided to do something about it herself by studying Global Health at Denison University. Her focus and dedication led her to the internship with Edelman, landed her a job as a Project Manager for our Chief Medical Officer Sandeep Palakodeti, and ultimately led to her position as Marketing Coordinator for Waterston Capital.
Amanda knows that, as a small firm, Waterston runs on relationship and that our close collaboration with inventors, investors, and strategic partners sets us apart and, ultimately, determines our success. Her job is to amplify Waterston’s mission and enable meaningful connections aligned with the firm’s values and goals. She upholds that marketing lives and dies by its level of integrity, and she looks forward to leading marketing efforts that foster trust in our partners.
As you can see, Amanda’s past positions have clearly positioned her future success with Waterston:
