Operations Coordinator
“I want to help people live better lives.”
Taylor English just recently entered the full-time work force but she’s spent most of her life intrigued by healthcare, human physiology, and how individuals can maximize their body’s abilities. As a Human Biology major and Crew Team member at Stanford University, she honed her knowledge of how the body works and how to safely become an elite-class athlete. Not only did she successfully help power her rowing team to win the 2023 National Championship, she also served as a counselor at Stanford Rowing Camps, mentoring national-caliber junior athletes.
As our Operations Coordinator, Taylor works as a cross-team coordinator, keeping us all rowing in the same direction. She keeps a watchful eye on our strategic plan, works on special projects, helps us improve our systems and efficiency, and acts as our official on-boarding concierge for new employees. In all her capacities, she makes sure she stays connected to our technologies, helping us figure out what we can do better and how we can improve our everyday operations.
