Bill Flickinger is a multifaceted industry veteran with deep experience across multiple medical specialties and leadership roles.  He’s been a President, CEO, Principal,  Strategic Consultant and Inventor. his 30+ year career. He’s worked at world-class companies and led initiatives in strategic planning, management, product development, sales and marketing, M&A, research, and operations..

When asked to explain his business philosophy, Bill keeps it simple: listen to the customer. He believes in engaging directly with the stakeholders—patients, clinicians and administrators—who will use the the technologies we develop.  His approach emphasizes empathy: always remember that patients are people and keep their needs and experiences at the center of innovation.
